Greg has a track record of providing a comprehensive and holistic advising approach to his clients for their financial, insurance and tax needs. After graduating from Yale University with a B.A. in Applied Mathematics, Greg began his career in the financial services industry. In 2004, he opened his own independent financial advisory practice, Hammer Financial Group. In the beginning, the practice was primarily run on a broker-dealer transactional platform. Greg had always hoped to build a comprehensive advisory practice that could serve all of his clients’ needs under one roof, and as the years went on, he saw the importance of transitioning away from the broker-dealer model to a fee-based investment advisory model. He successfully transitioned to independence and opened a tax practice and medicare supplement practice within his firm so that he could offer holistic financial and retirement planning solutions to his clients.

Brian Mann is the Chief Distribution Officer of C2P Enterprises. As a member of the senior leadership team, Brian helps in delivering enhanced support and expertise to our network of financial advisors and institutions.

Brian is also the founder of Elite Advisory Group, a wealth management firm located in Huntington Beach, Cal. Before joining Clarity Insurance Marketing, he founded his own independent marketing organization that he grew to become an industry-leading firm. With more than 25 years of experience, he has an established track record of helping top-achieving advisors become great business owners. Brian invests hundreds of hours each year providing training, coaching, and mentoring to independent advisors throughout the country.

Brian is the Past Chairman of the Board for the National Association for Fixed Annuities (NAFA) and led membership initiatives to successfully defeat SEC Rule 151A, and most recently in their fight against the Department of Labor’s Fiduciary Rule.

Kalem Mackey is the Executive Vice President of Sales at C2P Enterprises and has served as a financial advisor, insurance wholesaler and sales manager over the course of his 20-year career.

Kalem is Brian Mann’s partner and president of Elite Advisory Group, a wealth management firm located in Huntington Beach, Cal. Prior to joining Clarity Insurance Marketing, Kalem worked alongside Mann and played an integral role in building a wholesale insurance marketing organization and maintaining consistent production growth. Kalem is frequently called upon as a guest speaker to train advisors on how to master various financial planning strategies.

With extensive experience in sales management, Kalem helps advisors bring a personal and seamless experience to the sales process. He realizes the challenges families across the country face in meeting their financial aspirations and works to help advisors best serve their needs. He provides coaching and support, assisting them to deliver in-depth and comprehensive services to meet their clients’ unique goals.

Matt Seitz

Matt Seitz is the Executive VP, Marketing at C2P Enterprises and oversees marketing for The JL Smith Group, an independent retirement planning and wealth management firm. In his role, Matt has spearheaded the digital growth of the company, reinforcing the brand and implementing content marketing strategies to drive leads into the sales funnel. Most recently Matt led the rebranding of Clarity Insurance Marketing.

Matt has over 15 years of marketing and sales experience in the professional services and financial services industries, as well as accounting, insurance and construction. His professional philosophy is grounded in relationship marketing – focusing on customer service and satisfaction through data-driven marketing plans with clear ROI.

His primary areas of expertise are in strategic planning, digital marketing, lead generation and content marketing; receiving industry recognition for content marketing, video marketing, and lead generation campaigns. He is an author and frequent speaker on a variety of marketing and business-development related topics.
