The discounted room rate will be applicable three (3) days prior and three (3) days after group dates, based upon the hotel room inventory and room category availability over the requested dates.

Hotel's check in time is 4:00 pm. Guests arriving before 4:00 pm. will be assigned rooms as they become available. Check out time is 12:00 pm. Hotel will arrange to check-in baggage on a complimentary basis for Event Participants arriving before check-in time for which guestrooms are not available, and for Event Participants attending the meeting on their day of departure.

In the event that a guest checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one (1) room night will be charged to that guest's individual credit card account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise Hotel at or before check­ in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
