IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW FOR YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION
Pre/Post Nights: Nights outside the block dates are not available to book online. Once your reservation is confirmed, you may call the hotel directly for availability and discounted pricing of pre and post nights beyond the contracted block. Discounted rooms may be available prior to the group block, on November 29 and 30, and after the block dates, on December 5 and 6, pending hotel availability.

Guests arriving before 4:00 p.m. will be assigned rooms as they become available in hotel's reasonable discretion.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy: It is attendee’s responsibility to submit a credit card number (to be used for a deposit equal to one (1) night’s room/suite rate, plus tax) or an actual cash/check deposit equal to one (1) night’s room/suite rate, plus tax as a guarantee at the time the attendee makes the reservation. The deposit will be charged to the attendee’s credit card within thirty (30) days prior to the attendee’s arrival and will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled more than seven (7) days in advance of arrival. If cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to arrival, the attendee’s credit card will be charged for two (2) nights at the applicable Group Room Rate for their room/suite, plus tax.
Early Departure Fee Policy: In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room within Group's guest room block checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one night's room and tax will be charged to the guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. Hotel will inform guests of this fee upon check-in.
