Utah Olympic Park | 2:00pm
Cost: $105 per person
Capacity: 70
Join us to explore the Alf Engen Ski Museum, Eccles 2002 Olympic Winter Games Museum, and Utah Olympic Park. You'll explore the Freestyle Training Pool, Bobsled Track, and top of the K120 Nordic Ski Jump. At each stop, guests may take in the sights, grab photos, and learn from Olympic Park tour guides about the various sports that train at the facility.

Glide into winter fun at the Tubing Park at Woodward! Experience seven thrilling snow-packed lanes—including Utah’s longest tubing runs at 1,200 feet. With two magic carpet conveyor lifts, you’ll be back at the top and ready for another ride in no time.
Winter Horseback Riding | 1:15pm
Cost: $215 per person

Enjoy a winter horseback riding tour near Soldier Hollow, at the Wasatch State Park. The Soldier Hollow area hosted the Olympics in 2002, and offers scenic trail rides near Deer Creek Reservoir. You’ll ride on mountain trails with fantastic views of aspen trees, meadows, and the beautiful Wasatch Range.
Snowmobile Guided Tour | 2:00pm
Cost: Approximately $525 per person, final cost to be announced once excursion is confirmed.

Explore Utah’s breathtaking winter landscapes on a guided snowmobiling adventure. Take part in a thrilling ride throughout stunning winter landscape.
This is excursion is dependent on snowfall and cannot be confirmed until 2 weeks prior to the Mastermind Team Retreat. Attendees are welcome to reserve a spot in advance and will be notified if the excursion is approved to proceed or cancelled due to insufficient snow.
Should the excursion be approved to proceed, payment will be collected at that time. In the event of cancellation, attendees will have the option to join another excursion with available capacity.
